Birth Story #19

This story is from a blog I truly love, The Wonder of Birth. She had twins first, and one was transverse, so she had a cesarean.

After they were born, they moved from Utah to Illinois, and she had trouble finding a person that would deliver a VBAC. And even after she did, they didn’t encourage her very well.

She finally became discouraged and frightened, and had a scheduled cesarean with her daughter.

After the cesarean, her daughter was placed in a NICU from flud in her lungs (one of the untold risks of a cesarean birth).

There are two posts.

After The Birth

She is now a labor doula, and helping to educate women to make informed choices.
